Cleveland, OH (44103) ? $23-$25/hour ? 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM + Overtime (½ day Friday) Champion Personnel is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a well-established manufacturing company serving the automotive industry. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits and long-term growth! ? What You'll Do: Operate a sit-down tow motor to move steel coils, dies, and finished parts Load/unload trucks and transport materials across departments Manage incoming/outgoing shipments (packing, labeling, scheduling pickups) Use barcode scanners and ERP system (PLEX) for inventory tracking Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading) Inspect incoming materials for damage Maintain accurate inventory records What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of shipping & receiving experience in manufacturing Tow motor/forklift experience required Comfortable lifting up to 50-60 lbs Computer skills (ERP/scanners preferred) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (working with drivers & production teams) Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and stay active throughout shift ?
