Forklift Operator

Now Hiring for Forklift Operators in Bridgeton, NJ We are seeking a fast-paced and motivated electrical sit-down Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move materials and products, inspecting outbound materials, unloading and handling inbound materials, and monitoring and running automatic palletizing equipment. This role requires handling materials and products safely and efficiently while effectively communicating with team members and adhering to GMP and SOP rules and regulations. Shift/Pay: Sunday thru Thursday 2PM to 10:30PM $20/hr Responsibilities: Operate sit-down and stand-up electric forklifts to move materials and products. Inspect outbound materials and ensure quality control. Unload and handle all inbound materials efficiently. Monitor and operate automatic palletizing equipment. Communicate effectively with team members. Follow GMP and SOP rules and regulations to ensure safety and compliance. Essential Skills: Minimum six months experience in operating an electric forklift in a high-efficiency environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to take a written and driving forklift skills test certified by the company. Ability to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Work Environment: The work environment is a brand-new warehouse equipped with modern and clean facilities. The role operates in a cold storage area maintained at 38 degrees Fahrenheit, where cold gear/suit is provided after 30 days. The shift is from Sunday to Thursday, 2PM to 10:30PM. The workplace is located at 1147 Highway 77 Bridgeton NJ. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeton, NJ.
