e&e is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for an onsite direct placement opportunity in Phoenix, AZ! The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and staff supervision. This role ensures the efficient and timely movement of goods while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The position also serves as a key liaison between warehouse operations and internal departments, supporting organizational goals through effective coordination and communication. Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping activities Lead, schedule, and manage warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions Ensure accurate and timely processing of domestic and international shipments in compliance with applicable regulations Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliation within the ERP system Serve as the warehouse subject matter expert for ERP transactions and troubleshoot system-related issues Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Maintain safety records and ensure staff certifications and training are current Establish and uphold warehouse security procedures and protocols Identify and resolve process, system, and quality issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Support staffing activities, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees Promote a productive, team-oriented work environment aligned with company policies Requirements: Education: Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred Experience: xywuqvp Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, including international shipping and inventory control Proficiency with ERP systems and warehouse management processes Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Experience working with vendors and negotiation skills Ability to operate forklifts and train others Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred
