Job Description

Suvie is redefining home cooking. We build luxury, cutting edge appliances powered by advanced cooking tech and a premium meal kit, automating dinner from start to finish. With three products launched and momentum building, we need a sharp project manager to drive new hardware from concept to mass production. You’ll sit at the center of engineering, design, and operations—keeping complex builds on track and shipping great products. Responsibilities Own the product development schedule from concept through mass production, including milestones, deliverables, and cross-discipline dependencies Drive collaboration, communication, and momentum across all engineering and product disciplines and throughout all levels of the organization Lead design reviews, sprint planning, stand-ups, and milestone reviews; prepare clear documentation and tradeoff recommendations for key decision points Manage project budgets and flag expected expenses to finance early Manage vendor and test lab relationships; coordinate prototype builds and pilot runs Creatively and proactively resolve resource conflicts, scope changes, and schedule risks Continuously improve project management processes to find efficiencies Take on additional projects, tasks, and opportunities as they arise Required Experience & Skills 3+ years managing hardware or consumer electronics product development programs Strong track record leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle Solid grasp of mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering workflows Efficient with PM tools (ClickUp or similar), with strong opinions on how to use them! Highly proficient with office/google suite, excel/sheets, and slack - generally tech savvy Thrives in fast-paced startup environments; pivots quickly when priorities shift Impeccable attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills Collaborative team player who brings Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus Experience with consumer appliances Experience with startups Familiarity with UL, FCC, and FDA regulatory requirements Hands on experience in design or new product development engineering Logistics and Details This is a full-time position based in our Cambridge, MA office. Occasional travel to manufacturing locations, other offices, and industry events will be required. Expect approximately 25% travel.
