Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff to ensure projects run on schedule and within budget. Maintain a safe jobsite, enforcing company and OSHA safety standards. Serve as the primary on-site contact, building strong relationships with owners, architects, and project managers. Monitor project quality and proactively resolve issues to keep work progressing smoothly. Qualifications 10+ years of construction experience, with a strong background in commercial ground-up projects. Proven track record leading teams on large, complex builds.
