Position Details Job Title: General Warehouse Associate Shift:2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 2:00 pm- 12:00 am Hourly Rate: $18 per hour Type: Full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity Interview Requirement: Yes Language Preference: Bilingual, Spanish-speaking preferred; non-English speakers are welcome Training: Will be provided Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently handle, transport, and organize materials within the warehouse Assist in the assembly and disassembly of molds and other structural components Operate and maintain basic warehouse equipment, including cranes and lifting devices Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of production and storage areas Support mold preparation, including placing materials into molds and applying parting agents Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including wearing steel-toe shoes and lifting materials up to 50 lbs Walk, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Qualifications & Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform repetitive tasks Reliable and punctual attendance Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required-willing to train motivated candidates Must pass a physical exam upon hire Steel-toe shoes are required for safety Benefits & Opportunities Competitive weekly pay Comprehensive insurance options available through Benefits in a Card (BIC) Opportunities for career advancement into specialized roles within the company On-the-job training to develop skills and grow professionally Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality Interested in joining our team?
