Your Role and Impact: The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Supports daily operations and assists team members with workflow within the assigned department. The Warehouse Specialist may be required to carry out a diverse range of essential duties, depending on operational needs. Day to Day Responsibilities: Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments against work orders and specifications Work closely with the shipping department to ensure orders received are processed to ship day in and day out Maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items Prepares and maintains manual and/or electronic records of merchandise shipped or received. If assigned, may perform data entry of computerized records Uses electronic systems such as Clarify or Oracle Prepare daily shipping and receiving reports and distribute to departments accordingly. (End of Day logs) Communicates and assists with scheduling of trucks and transport companies (e.g., Fed Ex, DHL, APL, etc.) as needed for the pick and delivery of shipments Receives orders and pulls product items from storage to fill orders Inventory cycle counts Moves inbound and/or outbound products by forklift or pallet jack to the designated storage areas Handles routine questions and problems, interfacing with other departments to obtain and provide information and maintain open communication throughout the ship/delivery cycle Multitasking aptitude to achieve shipping deadlines, scheduling and prioritizing sensitive orders and reviewing the completion of customer requirements Ability to maintain close communication between associated departments to ensure day-to-day volume is completed Performs related functions and responsibilities and works on special projects on occasion as assigned Your Profile: High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrates the ability to manage products and equipment safely, efficiently, and with sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel. Experienced in working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order management platforms such as Oracle, Power BI, and Discoverer. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats, with a particular emphasis on effective email correspondence. Ability to assess complex situations, identify underlying issues, and develop effective, practical solutions that support business objectives. Must possess a valid certification for both sit-down and high-reach forklift operation.
