Overnight Caregiver (Awake Shift) - Home Instead We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team for overnight awake shifts. If you're a night owl who thrives in a calm, one-on-one setting and loves providing meaningful care, we'd love to meet you. Shift Details: Overnight awake shifts (typically 10-12 hours) Must have at least one weekend night available Responsibilities May Include: Care for bed-bound clients Assistance with toileting and incontinence care Medication reminders Comfort care and overnight monitoring Dementia support and redirection Light housekeeping and documentation Requirements: Minimum age: 19 years old Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Compassionate, patient, and dependable Experience with dementia and high-acuity care preferred (training available) Ability to stay awake and attentive for full shift Join a team that values and supports caregivers while making a real difference in the lives of local families.
