Ulta Beauty and Manpower are partnering together to hire Pick and Pack Associates and Order Selectors to join their team. As a Pick and Pack Associate or an Order Selector, you will be on the front line ensuring each order is packed with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Pick and Pack Associates and Order SelectorsLocation: Greenwood, INShifts and Pay:Monday - Thursday 6am-4pm $17.50Friday - Sunday 6am -6pm $18.50What's the Job? Accurately picking and packing customer orders to ensure timely delivery Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Working in a team environment Following safety protocols and company policies Assisting with inventory counts and stock replenishment Lifting, bending, stooping while carrying upwards of 50 pounds. What's Needed? Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work over- time as needed Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus What's in it for me?
