Job Opportunity: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Location: Cincinnati, OH Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our warehouse team. You will be the backbone of our inventory flow, ensuring that every package arriving or departing our facility is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency. This role is perfect for an early riser who enjoys a consistent 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule, providing a great balance between a productive workday and your evening at home. Key Responsibilities Inbound Logistics: Unload trucks, verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, and inspect goods for damage. Outbound Logistics: Pick, pack, and label products for shipment using FedEx, UPS, and LTL carriers. Inventory Management: Update warehouse management systems (WMS) in real-time to ensure stock counts are 100% accurate. Safety & Maintenance: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; maintain a clean, organized workspace. Documentation: Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and international shipping manifests as needed. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 13 years in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred. Technical Savvy: Proficiency with shipping software and basic Microsoft Excel. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift. Reliability: Must be able to consistently commit to the 7:00 AM start time.
