Now Hiring Bagging/Forklift Operator's in Monongahela, PA PAYING $30/HR Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Bagging/Forklift Operator who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This position involves monitoring and adjusting controls, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities Monitor and make necessary adjustments to control the process. Assist in covering vacancies and label/package operations, including forklift and bagging tasks. Maintain logbook and rounds, reporting deficiencies to supervision for safe and efficient operations. Review and follow all production standard operating procedures and job analyses. Make product and raw material transfers. Review and adhere to all safety rules, procedures, and practices for personal and team safety. Support the safety culture by participating in safety programs, including pre-job hazard evaluations. Attend required training sessions. Support environmental, safety, and health efforts at the plant. Perform any other related work as directed by the supervisor. Essential Skills High school degree required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required; process manufacturing is preferred. Strong computer aptitude, with experience in DeltaV or other DCS systems preferred. Commitment to working safely and ensuring the safety of others. Ability to perform high-quality, cost-effective work to meet customer expectations. Proficiency in using tools safely for maintenance tasks on plant process equipment. Ability to work under minimal supervision in a self-directed team environment. Capability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, outside in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Professional and effective communication skills. Flexibility in task approach and openness to change. Additional Skills & Qualifications Fork truck experience preferred. Forklift operation. Material handling. General labor skills. Self-motivation and willingness to learn. Team player mindset. Looking for long-term commitment, as there is a two-year training period. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr. Full health benefits, 401k, long term opportunity. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Monongahela, PA.
