Assembler Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Rate: $18 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Job Overview: Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assembler for our client in Indianapolis, IN. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and preparing architectural signage and related components following precise production specifications. This role demands strong attention to detail, accurate measuring, and adherence to work instructions to deliver high-quality finished products that comply with ASI standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble sign components, including panels, frames, and hardware, accurately according to work orders and technical drawings Measure, mark, and align materials using rulers, tape measures, and other basic measuring tools Perform tasks such as drilling, fastening, mounting, and basic hand assembly to ensure proper construction Follow both written and verbal instructions to complete production assignments correctly and efficiently Inspect assembled products for quality, accuracy, and alignment before advancing them to the next production stage Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment consistent with company and safety guidelines Adhere strictly to all safety policies, quality standards, and production procedures Collaborate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet or exceed daily production goals Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to read and utilize measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures (metric and/or imperial) Basic assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision Experience using basic hand tools, including drills, screwdrivers, and fasteners Physical ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Capable of lifting items weighing 35-50 lbs as required Why Join This Role?
