Job Full Description The Sub Assembler is responsible for assembling structural and interior components used in the construction of modular homes. This role supports the production line by preparing and assembling parts such as wall panels, floor systems, roof components, and interior assemblies before final installation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand and power tools, following blueprints or assembly instructions, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assembly Work Assemble modular home components including floor systems, wall panels, roof sections, and interior assemblies Measure, cut, and fasten materials according to production specifications Install structural components such as framing members, sheathing, blocking, and supports Prepare sub-assemblies that will be installed on the main production line Blueprint & Instruction Reading Follow blueprints, diagrams, and production instructions Verify measurements and ensure components are assembled accurately Ensure materials and parts meet specifications before assembly Quality Control Inspect sub-assemblies for proper fit, alignment, and fastening Identify and report defects, material issues, or assembly concerns Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail Tools & Equipment Safely operate hand tools, power tools, nail guns, drills, saws, and fastening systems Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition Production Support Work closely with assembly teams to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean, organized work area Assist in other production areas as needed Skills & Qualifications 1+ year experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or assembly Ability to read tape measures and basic assembly drawings Experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks Preferred Experience Modular or manufactured home construction Carpentry or framing Assembly line manufacturing Construction materials handling Aurora (Denver Metro), CO 1022 13696 E.
