We are seeking a logistics operator at our Henderson, NC manufacturing plant. This role supports warehouse operations by keeping packing lines supplied, managing shipping/receiving, and ensuring finished goods are delivered accurately and on time. Duties Prepare, load, and unload finished goods and supplies Perform put-away, freight picking, pallet building, and warehouse cleaning Maintain good manufacturing practices standards and report product quality concerns Follow all safety and PPE requirements Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed Bend, stoop, twist, climb stairs, and work in hot/cold or dusty environments Position requirements Bend, stoop, twist, climb stairs, and work in hot/cold or dusty environments Wear required PPE (safety glasses, bump cap, hi-vis vest, ear plugs, safety shoes) Forklift work may be required (OSHA certification needed) Strong communication and basic computer skills 1 year of manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred Ability to work independently and learn quickly Requirements Background check Drug test Must be at least 18 years old Able to lift 50 pounds Required education: HS diploma or GED Work location: Mars, Henderson, NC 27537.
