We are currently looking for Warehouse Order Selectors for our COLD STORAGE facility in Solon. This is a 2nd shift position starting at $20.75/hr plus incentives! This is a great opportunity for someone looking for fulltime, long-term employment that provides full training! This is a cold storage facility - proper equipment and protective gear will be provided at no cost (need own steel toe boots), training but must be comfortable working in freezing temperatures! Order Selectors Pay Rate: $20.75/hour plus generous incentive Weekly Pay! Order Selectors Shifts: 2nd Shift-12:00pm-8:30pm 5 days on, 2 days off during the week Order Selectors Job Description: Ride through the warehouse on your electric pallet jack, following the instructions from your headset, to pull the correct items needed to complete each order. Move inventory to correct warehouse location as instructed Each step in this process is within the freezer to ensure the items remain frozen during the whole process - must be comfortable staying in the freezer for your whole shift. Order Selectors Qualifications: Must be able to withstand below freezing temperatures Must pass a national background check and preemployment drug test Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the shift, and up to 100lbs on occasion. Comfortable operating Electric Palette Jacks after necessary training is provided. Willing to learn how to operate heavier machinery (forklift/tow motors) in order to grow within the company and advance your career Good attendance is EXPECTED
