Bumper Assembly Associate – 3rd Shift Location: Sterling Heights, MI Area: 18 1/2 Mile Road Shift: 3rd Shift, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM Schedule: Monday through Friday Overtime: Weekends and overtime as needed based on production needs Pay: Starting base pay: $15.50/hour plus $1.50 shift premium Starting total pay: $17.00/hour We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Bumper Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights, MI. In this role, employees will be responsible for assembling automotive bumpers in a fast-paced production environment. Job Responsibilities: Assemble automotive bumpers using bolts, clips, screws, and wiring Use air guns and hand tools to secure parts into place Follow assembly instructions and quality standards Inspect parts to ensure proper fit and assembly Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Report any damaged parts, equipment issues, or production concerns to a supervisor Requirements Requirements: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required Must be comfortable using air guns and basic hand tools Must be able to perform repetitive assembly work in a production environment Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be dependable and punctual Attendance is very important Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment Benefits After 90 Days: Base pay increases by $1.50/hour plus $1.50/hr shift premium = Total pay after 90 days: $18.50/hour Benefits: Health benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance Vacation Holiday pay This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term manufacturing work with competitive pay and benefits.
