Location: Mendota Heights, MN Pay: $20.08 / hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Plus monthly weekend on-call rotation) Status: Full-Time, 100% OnsitePosition SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of our warehouse and equipment, ensuring that patient medications, supplies, and equipment are ready for delivery and pick-up. You will play a vital role in procuring supplies according to company policy and coordinating equipment tracking to ensure our patients receive high-quality care.Key Responsibilities Inventory & Fulfillment: Gather specific supplies and equipment for patient orders to prepare for shipment or delivery. Logistics Support: Support the delivery and pick-up process of medical supplies and medications. Procurement: Purchase and organize supplies and equipment in accordance with company policies. Equipment Tracking: Maintain accurate records and coordinate tracking procedures for all company equipment. Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse and equipment remain clean, organized, and in good working condition. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Effective verbal and written communication. A service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service. Availability: Must be able to work the 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM shift and participate in a monthly weekend on-call rotation. Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Additional Information Safety Sensitive: This is a safety-sensitive position. In-Person Requirements: 100% onsite role. Face-to-face interviews will be required for all qualified candidates.
