Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker for the first shift. This role involves various responsibilities over time, including picking, packing, processing, and receiving products. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our brand-new, climate-controlled facility.Responsibilities In the first 30 days, you will focus on picking tasks, which include grabbing pick tickets, locating correct bins, counting and verifying products, and bringing them to the packing department. Once trained, you will be expected to pick 50+ orders a week. By 60 days, you will be involved in packing, reverifying picked orders, counting products, packaging, printing, and attaching labels to boxes before sending them to the shipping department. At 90 days, responsibilities expand to processing and receiving, sending out packages to customers, and receiving parts to be put away in the correct bins in the warehouse. Undergo a 4-hour forklift training in your first week and expect to operate the forklift for half of the day once trained. Essential Skills 6 months to 1 year of experience in picking, packing, and warehouse operations. Experience with shipping and receiving processes. Basic computer skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Order picking, material handling, pallet jack operation. Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory count.
