Job Title: Cherry Picker / Reach Truck / Stand-Up Forklift Operator Location: Goodyear, AZ Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Overtime as required Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This position requires hands-on experience operating a Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and maintains a positive attitude while working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Operate Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift safely and efficiently Pick, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse Load and unload materials while following company safety standards Accurately complete picking and inventory tasks using RF scanners or warehouse systems Maintain clean and organized work areas Conduct basic equipment inspections before use and report any issues Support general warehouse operations as needed Requirements: Proven experience operating Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift (all three required) Ability to work at heights while operating warehouse equipment Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to receive and apply feedback Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment What We're Looking For: Team players with a strong work ethic Individuals who take pride in their work and reliability Candidates who are open to coaching and continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits: $18.00 per hour Monday-Friday schedule with potential overtime opportunities Opportunity to work with a supportive warehouse team If you have experience operating Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Stand-Up Forklifts and are looking for a stable Monday-Friday schedule, we encourage you to apply!
