Giving you up-to-date information on your clients' needs with our industry-leading app. Care Professional Pay & Benefits: $13.25-16.25/hr - Bi-monthly (2x/month) & direct deposit Holidays shift rate at 1.5x your base rate Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, based on eligibilityCaregiver referral programPaid time off (PTO) Mileage reimbursement (in-visit travel and between same-day visits) Applicant Requirements: Must have a minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) Available for 16+ hours per week during high-volume care hours (8 AM - 10 PM). - weekend availability preferred but not required - overnights (8p-8a) 12 hour shifts Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply) Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations Use our industry-leading app and must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android Must have valid Driver's License, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation Pass a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen Must be able to attend our certification and orientation session at our Fayetteville office.
