Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution. Skills and Experience What You'll Do as a Pallet Assembler: Gather materials for daily work orders. Fit parts together to construct and assemble wooden pallets. Use basic hand tools or nail guns for assembly. Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality standards. Stack completed pallets. Cover, label, and band components or finished products, as needed. Perform all duties with safety in mind. Work ExperienceWhat You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Prior Experience: We're looking for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience. Quick learners with hands-on skills will also be considered. Strength & Stamina: Need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling. Work Environment: Be prepared for a physically demanding environment that is not climate-controlled. Positive Attitude: Team players with a strong work ethic and positive mindset thrive here. Tool Savvy: Experience using nail guns and other basic hand tools is a must.
