Assembler

Assembler We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our operations team on 1st shift. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly or machine experience who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities Operate basic machines and perform assembly work Print and apply labels to parts and products Apply oxide inhibitor to aluminum connectors Insert screws and caps into insulated connectors Assist with machine setups as needed Operate drilling and tapping machines Support grounding assembly processes Assist with small presses and tapping for grounding Confirm inventory and submit tickets to the materials manager Maintain knowledge of parts and subassemblies Work as part of the operations team, supporting coworkers and contributing ideas for process improvement Job Requirements Basic machine operation experience Assembly experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused Self-directed and dependable Ability to handle repetitive tasks Safety-focused mindset Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance
