Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: AssemblerLocation: Twinsburg, OHPay Range: $18/HRShift: Days (40 hour)What's the Job? Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. Make setups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Interact daily with peers and internal customers to exchange or present factual information. Work on routine assignments with limited judgment, following detailed instructions and close supervision. What's Needed? Ability to perform detailed assembly tasks with precision. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and internal customers. Willingness to follow established procedures and instructions. Legal authorization to work in the US.
