Warehouse Tooling Technician - Nashville, ILSummary NOTS Logistics, LLC is currently seeking a Warehouse Tooling Technician candidate for our Nashville, IL warehouse facility who is a highly motivated and driven individual looking for a career in the field of logistics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The person hired for the position of Warehouse Tooling Technician will be responsible for the following: Installation of bracket caps, greasers and other components on construction and demolition equipment. Assists with eh assembly and disassembly of equipment and troubleshoots. Loading/Unloading trucks using a forklift. Equipment sizes can vary. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs and perform work duties while standing, bending, lifting and moving around. Pick and pack warehouse duties Perform basic warehouse duties Fitting and assembling parts to make and repair tools and keeping equipment in operational condition. Read and understand engineering tool drawings and schematics. Trouble shooting maintenance repair and fabrication of machine parts, etc. Adhere to all company quality and safety policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Forklift experience (required) Mechanical experience (preferred) Ability to work independently, as well as a team Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs Perform work while standing, bending and moving around Working knowledge of the heat treat process of tool steels. Strong diagnostic skills required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. May be assigned other miscellaneous duties (including training) by department supervision/leadership.
