Product Picker The Product Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and moving meat products for packaging and shipment in a cold production environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in refrigerated conditions, and frequent heavy lifting. Responsibilities: Pick and stage meat products according to order sheets or picking lists Lift, move, and stack products weighing up to 60 lbs Work in cold and refrigerated conditions throughout the shift Ensure correct product selection, quantity, and labeling Maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Keep work areas clean and organized Assist with general warehouse or production tasks as needed Requirements: Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods Comfortable with frequent heavy lifting, bending, and standing Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable with good attendance Warehouse, picking, or food production experience preferred but not required Work Environment: Cold and refrigerated temperatures Standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift Fast-paced production and warehouse setting Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon Fri
