Play a vital part in our production team, supporting mechanical and electrical assembly, with a focus on precision coating operations. This is a 1st shift, onsite role (Mon-Thu, 5:30AM-4PM) that offers a stable 4/40 work schedule and hands-on learning in a clean, ventilated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities - Perform detailed mechanical and electrical assembly tasks supporting coating operations - Apply conformal coating using fine-tip brushes and knives to protect electronic components - Work safely with chemicals in a ventilated environment - Operate under slight magnification for extended periods to ensure accuracy - Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards for each assembly process - Communicate process challenges and feedback to engineering and management teams Required Skills and Experience - Minimum two (2) years High School or Trade School education - 2-4 years of assembly experience, including handling paint brushes or knives (professional or hobby experience considered) - Strong attention to detail and high manual dexterity - Comfortable working with chemicals - Ability to focus on fine work under slight magnification Preferred Skills - Self-motivated, quick learner with the ability to follow and improve work instructions - Experience giving constructive feedback to engineers and management Benefits - Consistent 4-day workweek for better work-life balance - Opportunities for skill development and advancement within Indotronix - Safe, well-ventilated workspace with supportive team environment How to Apply Ready to build your career in advanced manufacturing?
