Traveling Construction Superintendent

Job Description A commercial General Contractor specializing in restaurant and retail renovations is seeking a Traveling Superintendent based in the Atlanta area. This role will oversee fast-track restaurant remodel and tenant improvement projects across multiple markets. Project Types Restaurant remodels and brand refresh programs Interior tenant improvements Fast-track schedules (typically 4-10 weeks) Projects generally $500K - $5M Responsibilities Manage day-to-day jobsite operations Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules Maintain safety, quality, and schedule expectations Communicate progress with Project Managers and clients Manage inspections, punch lists, and closeout Qualifications 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor Experience with restaurant remodels, retail, or interior TI projects Ability to manage fast-paced renovation schedules Willingness to travel for project assignments Compensation Base salary $80K - $115K depending on experience Annual bonus: $10K - $20K Travel expenses covered while on assignment Note: This position does not include company-sponsored health insurance or a 401(k).
