Forklift Operator - 3rd shift (11pm - 7am)Pay Range: $20.21-$22.51 per hourLocation: Brockport, NYPosition Overview As a Forklift Operator, to support daily production operations, this role requires operating an electrically powered, seated forklift to move raw materials-including vegetables, corrugated crates, and roll stock-to the appropriate production areas. Many operators in this position will work within one of our two dumpster rooms. You will play a key role in ensuring all materials are supplied on time to meet the daily production schedule. Key Responsibilities Safely operate an electrically powered, seated-style forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Supply raw product, corrugated packaging, roll storage, and other materials required to complete daily production. Use an RF scanner to track inventory movement and maintain accurate material records. Support the production team by ensuring timely and efficient material flow. Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company safety procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Ability to operate an RF scanner. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
