Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate Business: FreezeMiser Location: Kingsbury, TX About the Company: IPS Corporation is a global, market-leading provider of solvent cements, adhesives, and specialized plumbing products. Founded in 1954 in Los Angeles, CA, IPS began by producing clear cement for laminating acrylic sheets for aircraft canopies. Today, IPS, with its three operating companies, has eight manufacturing plants and nine distribution centers supporting sales to a diverse set of end markets in 85 countries. About the Role: General Warehousing duties include shipping/receiving/material control. Core Responsibilities: Perform shipping and receiving duties, verifying accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and documentation updates. Keep warehouse inventory organized, labeled, and accessible to support smooth workflow. Palletize customer orders according to specific labeling, stacking, and pallet configuration requirements. Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with customer specifications. Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and logistics partners to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and resolve shipment issues. Assist with loading and unloading trucks, staging materials, and maintaining clean work areas. Follow lead direction promptly and support team goals in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Qualifications: Forklift certified (or experienced) with strong safety awareness. Computer experience a plus (inventory systems, shipping software, email communication). Previous warehouse experience preferred. Strong communication skills, including interacting with suppliers and freight carriers. Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changing priorities. Able to lift packages up to 45 lbs. Well-organized, efficient, and able to meet deadlines. Education and Experience: A high school diploma is required Basic Math Skills required. Ability to read and write English and comprehend detailed instructions. Physical Requirements: Walking/Standing majority of time worked. Able to climb stairs, stoop. Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
