Receiving Inspector As a Receiving Inspector, you will perform thorough inspections of incoming products using standard measuring tools and established procedures. You will contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing discrepancy reports to identify potential problem areas, and ensure compliance with inspection processes, including sampling inspection plans. Responsibilities Inspect incoming products using common measuring equipment including CMM, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, radius gauges, surface plates, and Go No-Go pins. Review all paperwork required by the Purchase Order or Job Order for completeness and accuracy. Evaluate if the Certificate of Compliance meets all listed requirements. Review supplier-provided first article reports for completeness per AS9102. Write clear reports if parts are rejected and report order status in the ERP system. Follow product safety-related procedures. Essential Skills Experience in inspection and quality assurance within the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in using inspection and measuring equipment such as CMM, micrometers, and calipers. Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T) methods per ASME 14.5. Ability to interpret drawings and part specifications. Experience with inspection of electronic assemblies, specifically circuit card assemblies (CCAs) per IPC-A-610. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Syteline, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Understanding of AS9100 and AS9102 standards within the aerospace industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications A minimum of 4 years of experience in receiving inspection, including dimensional inspection of material, assembly, and components in the aerospace industry, with electronics preferred. Experience with Net-Inspect. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. Willingness to learn and receive training. Maintain the highest ethical standards. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
