Caregiver for Overnight shift

The backbone of our incentive structure is sharing ownership of our agency with our caregivers via profit sharing, with plans to distribute up to 50% of the agency profits to our employees as the business grows. We have an immediate opening for overnight shifts (9pm-9am) with one of our clients with Dementia in North Raleigh. RESPONSIBILITIES With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to: Companionship Assistance with ambulation and transfers Bathing, grooming and toileting Provide detailed shift notes QUALIFICATIONS CNA, HHA or PCA credentials or 3+ years of caregiver experience Experience working with clients or patients with Dementia or Alzheimer's Exceptional communication skills Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance Proof of current TB testing Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state) BENEFITS Reliability Bonus - $100 Amazon gift card after 90 days from first shift if no missed shifts (must avg. minimum of 18 hours/week to be eligible) Profit Sharing Ongoing Training We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) We provide liability insurance We provide worker's compensation We provide flexible schedules Compensation: $16.00 per hour An Industry-Leading, Nation-Wide Team At HomeWell Care Services, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality care for seniors and others needing individualized support and companionship at home.
