General Laborer Our client, the food processing industry, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with the bone crushing process essential for broth production. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Osterburg, PA Pay Rate: $15.00 Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Saturday (may have later start times for cleanup) - 5 day work week What's the Job? Assist with the bone crushing process by gathering empty boxes and preparing product for processing Support the team in opening boxes and handing off product to machine operators Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility Ensure safety protocols are followed, including wearing provided safety gear Contribute to a positive team environment by being adaptable and willing to help in all areas What's Needed? Ability to be on your feet for the duration of the shift Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, with most boxes weighing 40-44 lbs Willingness to work in a facility with a slight smell due to processing materials Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Reliable and punctual attendance What's in it for me?
