Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly Technician Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team on the 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, packaging, and labeling products while ensuring high-quality workmanship and productivity.Responsibilities Assemble, package, and label products. Operate equipment and hand tools including impact wrench, drill, mallet, screwdrivers, and pneumatic rivet gun. Maintain consistent productivity levels under supervision. Produce quality finished goods with minimal quality issues. Keep assembly jigs, hand tools, and equipment in good working order. Have basic product knowledge including wheels, model numbers, bearings, nuts, and bolts. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Notify Production Supervisor of tools in need of repair, low inventory, and quality issues. Accurately read assembly drawings for dimensions, parts list, assembly instructions, and CTQs. Perform tasks safely, including wearing safety glasses and gloves. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing assembly experience preferred. Ability to read a tape measure in fractions and decimals. Proficiency in using mechanical and power tools. Understanding of blueprints and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with general production and labor. Familiarity with ergonomic safety practices.
