Warehouse Supervisor Open and verify incoming products for identity, condition, and count for inbound material. Load and unloads materials from trucks using electric/manual pallet jack and/or lift truck in a safe and efficient manner. Keep manufacturing facility supplied with pais/materials per requests. As necessary, transport material from manufacturing to local warehouses or suppliers. Properly identify material, perform applicable computer transactions and put-away material in organized bin system. Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, inventory adjustments, scrap transactions and scrap reports. Resolve receiving issues working closely with the Purchasing Department. Maintains the dock in a structured/controlled manner, insuring efficient utilization of space. Locate, package, prepare, mark, label, tag, band, shrink wrap or package finished goods or raw materials for receipt, storage, delivery, or shipments according to location or customer requirements. Work closely with customer service for timely preparation and processing of shipments as per customer specific instructions or web portals. Guide / lead / train other warehouse personnel as needed. Follows all safety policies and procedures. Coordinate pickup of scrap material and other returnable dunnage. Perform other duties as needed to support the customer's company objectives, manufacturing processes and quality systems company-wide. This includes compliance with procedures, work instructions and completing all related documentation. Requirements: 5+ years of related warehouse experience Previous position in a lead role Forklift / pallet jack ERP System Inventory Solid knowledge of shipping paperwork Benefits: Health Dental PTO Holiday 401K
