Job Description TA Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor and Quality Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive team performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, inventory control, and safety. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is for our Greenwood, IN warehouse. HOWEVER, you will be required to travel to Columbus until August for training. Days and Shift Information 1st | MondayFriday | Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to meet productivity and quality standards Resolve shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, and damaged goods promptly Prepare and maintain accurate reports on performance, productivity, and attendance Support process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs Coordinate and communicate daily workload with team members and departments Work Environment Fast-paced, warehouse environment Physical activity required, including lifting up to 33 lbs. Must be able to work in a demanding and dynamic setting Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics setting Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices Proficient in warehouse management systems; Oracle and/or ASC experience preferred Personality Traits Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented and results-driven Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Additional Information Pay/Benefits/Perks Hourly Rate: $21.20/hour Accrue up to five days PTO in first year Two weeks' vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Other benefits include Doc-On-Demand, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Volunteer Day, Employee Assistance Program All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
