1st Shift - Assembler

Job Title: 1st Shift AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated assemblers to utilize hand and power tools in the building and assembly of trailers. This role is physically demanding, requiring candidates to stand for 10-hour shifts and meticulously follow blueprints without quality errors. Initially, you will focus on rebuilding trailers identified with quality issues before transitioning into an assembly role.Responsibilities Build and assemble trailers using hand and power tools. Follow blueprints accurately with no quality errors. Rebuild trailers identified with quality errors before leaving the yard. Transition into an assembly role after initial responsibilities. Essential Skills Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, verified by references. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly throughout the shift, consistently moving. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in large assembly. Construction experience.
