Warehouse Associate

Crown Staffing is now hiring a full time Warehouse Associate in St. Charles, MO! Monday-Friday | 9:00am- 6:00pm | $17/Hr Essential Functions: Regularly use hands to handle or feel materials, reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively. Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift objects over 100 pounds with a team. Reach above head and below waist to handle materials as needed. Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Occasionally push/pull ladders, ascend/descend ladders while carrying packages, operate material handling equipment, and maintain balance while climbing. Utilize specific vision abilities including close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus. Job Functions: Process packages through UPS/FedEx systems efficiently. Consistently meet performance standards and maintain proficiency as certified by Distribution Management or Training Supervisor. Receive, inspect, and accurately store products to ensure quality and inventory accuracy. Operate keying tools and key cutting machines as needed. Identify and prioritize urgent orders to meet operational deadlines. Job Requirements: Basic math and computer skills. Ability to use RF scanning equipment. Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Follow all safety, operational, and housekeeping procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
