About the Role As a Warehouse Operations Associate, your primary responsibility is to handle the efficient picking, packing, and timely movement of products while ensuring safety and productivity. Detailed operating procedures guide tasks across various functions including Breakdown, Ecom Full Service, Ecom Indirect, Happy Beauty, Key In, Loading, Packing, Picking, Returns, Stores, Cleaning, and Batching. Key Responsibilities Package and ship products efficiently to stores, salons, or directly to customers. Work in various areas including Hospital QA Lane, Packing Lane, Store Sorting, UPS Line, Wrap Stage, and loading. Engage in special projects such as the deal break process, breaking down product packages into components. Process returns through the warehouse, inspecting products for accuracy and damage while ensuring documentation matches. Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all duties to deliver exceptional customer service. Create a safe work environment by performing job functions safely and reporting hazards or damages to leadership. Keep the workspace organized and clean. Achieve productivity standards based on assigned tasks. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities High school diploma or equivalent. Prior distribution or warehouse experience is preferred. Basic computer skills are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. Capability to work with minimal supervision. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements This role involves exposure to typical warehouse environment risks and requires heightened safety measures due to loading docks and high-volume inventory operations. Potential exposure to fumes, odors, and temperature fluctuations (25 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit) may occur. The position demands physical exertion, including the ability to lift and perform various tasks across warehouse operations such as receiving, putting away, picking, packing, counting, and shipping. The role requires repetitive lifting of cartons weighing between 10 to 55 pounds, standing or walking for 6 to 12 hours daily, and climbing stairs or ladders as necessary.
