Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in a full-time position. This role involves working in a dynamic warehouse environment, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and current extended hours from 7 AM to 5:30 PM plus 5 hours on Saturdays. You will be part of a team supporting the start-up and setup of new commercial operating lines, along with other duties in the facility. Responsibilities Manually move materials throughout the facility. Lift up to 50 lbs multiple times throughout the shift. Use SAP on a computer for inventory management. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling and material handling. Conduct quality checks and pack materials as needed. Participate in the startup and setup of new commercial operating lines. Cross-train and handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned in other areas. Essential Skills Ability to read and follow instructions. Willingness to become forklift certified on various forklifts. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with cherry pickers and forklifts (training provided). Familiarity with using a tape measure. Experience in inventory, shipping, and receiving is a plus. Work Environment The work environment is similar to a retail store setting, but it is primarily a warehouse and manufacturing environment. It is a smaller scale facility dealing with smaller scale products, mainly customer samples. The facility can get slightly cold or hot as it is not completely temperature controlled. The dress code requires steel-toed or composite shoes, pants, and a t-shirt. Breaks include two 10-minute breaks and one 20-minute break, with the lunch break being a paid 20 minutes where leaving the premises is not allowed. Training hours are from 5 AM to 3 PM (Monday to Thursday), and hours may change upon completion of training. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
