Shipping & Receiving Associate

Job Description Date posted: December 1, 2025 Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Job description: Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate for a manufacturing company in the Broomfield area! Pay: $21-23/hour Shift: Mon - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM Type: Temp-to-hire Location: Broomfield, CO Job Responsibilities: - Receive and inspect incoming shipments of materials and supplies - Verify the accuracy of received items against purchase orders or invoices - Unload, unpack, and properly store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations - Prepare and package outgoing shipments for delivery or pick-up - Operate warehouse equipment such as electric sit-down forklift, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand controlled pallet jack "joey", etc. - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials - Use UPS platform Job Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures - Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and MRP systems - Dress: Steel toe or composite shoes required - Ability to operate reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, etc. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying received items - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs - MUST HAVE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED WITHIN THE US Background check & drug test required for position.
