Lebanon, IN Order: 5014 Order Type : Temp To Full-Time Job Title: Shipping Clerk Location: Lebanon, IN Position Type: Temp to Hire Pay: $18.50/hour Shift: 1st Shift Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Shipping Clerks for a warehouse located in Lebanon, IN! Qualifications for Shipping Clerks: After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications: Shipping and receiving experience is required. Experience scheduling trucks. RF Scanner experience. Clerical experience is necessary. Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check. Assignment Duties for Shipping Clerks: Typing out any other documents that are needed to accompany the driver/customer for DOT purposes. Shipping orders in the data entry system. Enter production receipts into inventory. Print out any documents from the data entry system that are needed to accompany the driver/customer. Print new pick tickets out to be dispersed to the pickers and disperse them to the correct person. Get rate quotes from LTL carriers and call LTL carriers in to come pick up orders. Verify shipment accuracy by cross-checking pick tickets and packing lists before release. Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies or delays by coordinating with carriers and internal teams. Maintain organized records of outbound shipments for audit and tracking purposes. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Shift Details: Monday-Friday - 7:00AM-3:30PM Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Benefits: Full time. Weekly pay via Direct Deposit or ATM Card. Paid vacations and holidays. Health, vision, and dental insurance.
