Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Operator supports production, shipping, and receiving operations by safely handling materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring all quality and safety standards are met. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety guidelines Operate forklifts safely, including proper speeds, horn use, and seatbelt compliance Pick and stage orders using pick tickets and RF scanners Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are secure and properly placed Review production sheets and resolve inventory discrepancies Complete daily forklift inspections and basic equipment maintenance Accurately document shipping and receiving activities Follow inventory control procedures and MRP system guidelines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Valid forklift certification required 1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred Food manufacturing or cold storage experience is a plus Experience with RF scanners and MRP systems preferred #IND
