Even better! Professional appearance, excellent communication (written & verbal), and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel Tech Savvy: Experience with Entrata and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram is a plus Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk properties frequently, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs occasionally Availability: Willing to work Saturdays Personality: Dependable, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service Key Responsibilities: Leasing & Sales: Complete lease agreements, collect rental deposits, and ensure "model" apartments are tour-ready Customer Service: Address resident requests and concerns promptly and courteously Marketing: Build relationships with local businesses for marketing materials and leasing opportunities Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate resident and property files, monitor lease terms, rental rates, and property amenities Property Inspections: Conduct daily inspections to ensure the property is always in top shape Compliance: Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and OSHA/EPA standards Ready to Start Your Career with Us?
