What We Offer: Full-time or Part-time flexible hours Competitive Pay - $15 - $20 per hour Overtime pay Paid training and ongoing development Full Health benefits package Paid time off Opportunities for advancement 401K What You'll Do: Assist seniors with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands Support client safety and well-being, and report changes to the care team Build trusted relationships with clients and their families Qualifications High school diploma / GED (preferred) Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance (preferred) Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs Clear background check and drug screen A heart for service and respect for seniors No experience? No problem. We provide thorough training to prepare you for success. Prior CNA experience is a plus, but not required.
