Mechanical Assembler Robotics

Our client, a leader in innovative robotics technology, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler - Robotics to join their dynamic team. As a Mechanical Assembler - Robotics, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Robotics Production Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mechanical Assembler - Robotics Location: Austin, TX Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00/hour Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday- Friday What's the Job? Assemble robot parts and mechanical components using hand tools and torque wrenches Work with small parts and detailed components, following step-by-step instructions Install motors, actuators, gearboxes, brackets, fasteners, bearings, and sensor mounts Follow assembly drawings and diagrams to build subassemblies and complete robot systems Perform fit checks, alignment, and torqueing to ensure proper installation of parts What's Needed? Proficiency with various hand tools (torque wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers) and soldering irons (preferred not required) Experience with mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on build work Comfortable working with small components and precision tools Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, and diagrams Good attention to detail and steady hands High School Diploma What's in it for me?
