What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll work one-on-one with individuals in their homes and out in the community. Your support helps them: Learn everyday life skills and routines Build confidence and independence Improve communication and social skills Stay safe during outings and activities Navigate behaviors with patience and consistency Some days are simple and steady.
