Hospice RN - Home Health North Druid Hills, GA | Full-Time Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? We are seeking a dedicated Hospice RN to provide exceptional home-based care in the North Druid Hills area of Atlanta. This role offers the opportunity to support patients and their families with expert pain management, emotional support, and end-of-life care in the comfort of their homes. What You'll Do Provide hands-on hospice nursing care in patients' homes Develop and manage individualized care plans Educate and support patients and their families throughout the hospice journey Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient care What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits Monday - Friday schedule Supportive team and leadership Mileage reimbursement Additional Details We use an in-house EMR system called Homecare Homebase. Experience with this system is a plus but not required. We are open to training acute care RNs into hospice.
