Traveling Construction Superintendent We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Construction Superintendent to join a respected commercial general contractor known for delivering exceptional ground-up and large-scale renovation projects across the U.S. This organization boasts a solid project backlog, maintains strong relationships with repeat clients, and provides long-term career stability. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities from initiation through to successful completion. Effectively manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project success. Maintain project schedules and uphold high-quality standards throughout construction. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce job site safety protocols. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, providing regular updates on project progress. Lead site meetings and conduct thorough inspections. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Preference for candidates with ground-up project experience. Willingness to travel full-time is essential. Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong scheduling expertise, and effective problem-solving skills.
