Warehouse Coordinator

Snapshot / Role Overview We're seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in St. Louis, MO to manage all warehouse operations supporting commercial HVAC service and construction teams. Impact - Ensure service technicians have immediate access to needed parts and materials - Maintain accurate inventory levels that minimize project delays - Optimize warehouse efficiency to support growing operations - Control costs through proper inventory management and waste reduction Responsibilities - Coordinate all warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and shipping materials - Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy - Process orders for service technician truck stock and project-specific materials - Supervise warehouse staff and delivery drivers - Implement inventory control procedures and safety protocols - Coordinate with purchasing team on material requirements and reorder points - Generate inventory reports and analyze usage patterns - Maintain organized warehouse layout for efficient material flow Requirements Must-Haves - 3+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency with inventory management software systems - Forklift certification or willingness to obtain - Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly Nice-to-Haves - Experience in HVAC or construction supply chain - Knowledge of commercial HVAC parts and equipment - Supervisory or team leadership experience - Understanding of job costing and materials tracking Compensation & Logistics Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, 401k, PTO, holidays, and performance incentives.
