Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Shipping & Receiving Clerk - New Facility in Lebanon, IndianaPay: $18.50/hr Schedule: 4:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Thursday (10-hour shifts), overtime as needed Status: Temp-to-Direct Pro Resources is partnering with a growing manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN to hire a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new operation and contribute to building processes from the ground up. Position Overview: The Shipping Clerk provides clerical support for outbound and inbound materials. This role ensures accurate documentation, inventory transactions, and interaction with drivers and customers while maintaining workflow and organization within the department. Key Responsibilities: Prepare shipping documentation required for DOT compliance Process shipping orders within internal data entry systems Enter production receipts into the Inventory Management System Print and distribute pick tickets to appropriate team members Obtain rate quotes from LTL carriers and schedule pickups Interact with drivers and customers upon arrival and direct them as needed Receive finished goods delivered to the shipping department Maintain accurate documentation regarding quantity, description, and condition of materials Provide shipping paperwork and support daily workflow Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of shipping/shipping systems experience required Forklift experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to learn and navigate multiple software databases Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain workflow in supervisor's absence Knowledge of shipping to big box retailers is a plus Ability to pass a background check If you are organized, dependable, and ready to grow with a new facility, apply today. #clerical Meet Your RecruiterStephanie Grau Locally-owned since 1986, Pro Resources is an employment services firm specializing in short-term, long-term and direct hire staffing in the Industrial, Clerical and Professional job markets.
